Data Processing Addendum

This summary describes the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available to teams and enterprise customers who process personal data of their members through KubeLab. The full DPA is provided on request and forms part of your agreement when countersigned.

Roles

For a team's own members, the customer is the data controller and KubeLab is the data processor. We process member data only to provide the service and on the customer's documented instructions.

What the DPA covers

• the subject matter, duration, nature, and purpose of processing;
• the categories of data subjects and personal data;
• confidentiality and security measures;
• use of sub-processors and prior notice of changes;
• assistance with data-subject requests and breach notification;
• deletion or return of data on termination;
• international transfer safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
