KUBELAB · POLICIES & TRUST
Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These terms govern your use of KubeLab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
KubeLab provides hands-on Kubernetes labs on real, temporary clusters, graded by declarative checks. Lab environments are ephemeral and are deleted at the end of their session. We do not guarantee that any lab, cluster, or piece of content is available at all times.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide an accurate email address and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Plans and payment
Paid plans and one-time passes are billed through our payment provider. Prices, quotas, and limits are described on the pricing page and enforced by your plan. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Consumed lab time is not refundable.
Content and IP
Lab content, checks, and the platform are ours or our licensors'. Anything you create inside a lab is yours, but it lives only for the session and is not backed up. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
